Nancy’s Medical Update
Last weekend, Nancy experienced some stroke-like symptoms, which led us to the ER. A CT scan revealed three lesions on her brain that are likely secondary tumors from her original breast cancer.
She was transferred for more testing, including an MRI, functional MRI, and EEG, to get a clearer picture of what’s going on. Surgery is scheduled for Monday morning to biopsy one of the tumors and remove as much as possible while protecting healthy brain tissue.
Nancy has absolutely loved having so many friends and family stop by to visit. Your kindness, your messages, and your prayers have meant the world to us. We feel so surrounded by love right now—thank you.
